Imagine a weekend away - just for you - full of yoga, meditation and healing.  We have created just the mini-retreat and it is waiting for you.  Give your body and soul a weekend of healing and rest, right here in the UK.

Wellbeing is such an important part of our lives to get right, and it is not always easy to incorporate when we live and work in the city. This mini-retreat hosted at The Vedanta, an amazing luxury retreat centre in the heart of Lincolnshire, will help you return to work on Monday refreshed and revitalised.

The yoga was fab, just what the doctor ordered.

Nestled amongst 75 acres of woodlands, meadows and lakes The Vedanta is a Grade II listed Elizabethan estate. This venue has been lovingly restored to serve as a luxury retreat while at the same time its history, charm and grandeur are meticulously preserved.

Rise every day on your Yoga, Meditation and Healing Mini-Retreat to an enchanting pink sunrise or lakeside views from our rooms. There’s no compromise on comfort and luxury. All our bedrooms come ready with Egyptian cotton sheets, and eco-friendly mattresses so you are guaranteed a deep and restful sleep.

Enjoy the diversity of all The Vedanta has to offer during your Mini-Retreat. This beautiful environment in the lap of nature is the most perfect of settings. Besides walking in nature and relaxing in the most grand of lounge rooms, as as group we will have the opportunity to unwind fully in the Vedanta Spa. There is a jacuzzi, a sauna and a charming indoor pool plus delicious vegetarian food and much fun Jeannie yoga.

50% deposit is required upon booking. The remaining 50% is due 2 months prior to the retreat.

All prices are per person and all rooms are elegant, high-ceilinged and ensuite.

There will then be an Opening Circle to prepare mind and body for the weekend

Will be the five Tibetan Kundalini practice

Meet The Teacher

 

The practice will be led by Jeannie Bréhaut, an experienced yoga teacher and healer with a thriving practice in London. Jeannie has run retreats over many years in the UK, India, Spain, France and the Caribbean. Jeannie’s approach to yoga and healing is to keep it spiritual, facilitate a depth of practice and have fun.

Jeannie’s role as a teacher is to meet people where they are in this moment, giving them the chance to go deep and undergo the benefits of a well-run retreat. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi and meditator, Jeannie will be able to guide you through your practice over the weekend and help strengthen your health and wellbeing.

Thank you for how you facilitated our group and the way you took care of us. I never thought I could ever learn to do a headstand but you made it fun.

A Very Special Retreat

 

The weekend yoga, meditation and healing retreat in Lincolnshire is suitable for yogis both experienced and new.

Due to the nature of the surroundings and smaller class size, it would be a perfect treat for someone who just wants a weekend away on their own, making a few new friends. Or a couple who want to spend some quality time together, without the usual hassles of life getting in the way.

Our mini-retreat at The Vedanta has been designed with all of this in mind, to make sure that if you arrive stressed from life, you leave the weekend feeling refreshed, happy and ready to live well.

Places are limited on this retreat so that those who book get the most from their experience. Please book now if you are looking to share with a yogi we allocate and/or to come with a friend.

Payment

 

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your place on the retreat. The remaining 50% (non-refundable) is due two months before the retreat. If the booking is made less than two months before departure, the full amount is due on booking.

In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your place on a retreat due to illness, claims should be pursued through your travel insurance policy.  Please see our terms and conditions which clarify the above.
